1. Overview

By submitting your demo ("Submission") to Velocity, a division of TheVMedia, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms describe how your demo is handled, stored, reviewed, and removed.

2. Purpose of Submission

Submitted demos are listened to solely for internal review by Velocity and TheVMedia A&R staff. Your demo will never be published, distributed, shared, or made public without your explicit written permission.

3. Temporary Storage

Demo files are stored temporarily for internal evaluation. All submissions are subject to automatic removal on the next quarterly cycleunless backup is explicitly created by our team.

Backups, when created, are used only for A&R consideration and are not shared externally.

4. Copyright & Ownership

You retain full copyright and ownership of your demo. Submitting your work does not grant Velocity or TheVMedia any publishing, distribution, or licensing rights.

If you believe your submission should be removed immediately, you may request a takedown by contacting:

5. Internal Access Only

Your demo may be accessed only by verified A&R staff. Staff members are prohibited from sharing, reposting, or redistributing your work outside internal review processes.

6. No Guarantee of Response or Signing

Submission does not guarantee any form of feedback, response, or signing offer.

7. Data Removal & Takedown Requests

You may request deletion of your demo or account at any time by contacting the email listed above. Requests are processed as quickly as possible.

8. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated version.
